Sarah Finn is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently working at OpenAI as part of the GTM | Customer Success team since February 2024, Sarah previously held several key positions at Slack from November 2016 to February 2024, including Senior Manager, Customer Success EMEA, where leadership of the EMEA North Enterprise Success Teams was a primary responsibility. Sarah's accomplishments at Slack include receiving the FY23 Manager Excellence award and being recognized in the FY23 Salesforce Peak Performers Club. Previous roles at Accenture began in October 2013 and involved significant contributions to customer experience design and transformation projects in various sectors. Sarah holds a B.A. (Hons) in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Digital Marketing, from Dublin City University.
