Charles de Courcel

Charles de Courcel has a strong background in finance and has held several executive roles throughout their career. Charles most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at OpenAsset since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim CFO for high-growth tech and SaaS companies. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the CFO at Arbolus Technologies, and from 2018 to 2021, they held the same role at CybSafe. In 2018, they were the Head of Finance (Interim) at Form3, where they played a pivotal role in raising funding and managing costs. Before that, they served as the Head of Finance - GOLD COLLAGEN (interim/independent consultant) at MINERVA Research Labs, where they strategized and improved financial performance. Charles'searlier experiences include serving as the VP of Finance at Inmarsat, CFO at Altavian, Senior Associate in M&A at Lazard, and Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development at Harrods, where they contributed to corporate development and special projects.

Charles de Courcel received their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Charles then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Sciences Po, studying from 2001 to 2003.
