Scott Yuan

Convinced that BCI is at the precipice of changing how humans interact with computers, Scott joins the OpenBCI team as the Head of Hardware leading the industrial/product design, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams. He is an experienced engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience across consumer electronics, B2B, basic research, and defense industries. Expertise in bringing highly complex wireless app-connected hardware products from concept to market.

He was previously at Logitech, Mevo, Vimeo, Livestream, AppCard, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and BAE Systems. Scott holds MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Stony Brook University, respectively.
