Naomi Keen has a diverse work experience. Naomi currently holds the role of VP Customer Success at OpenDialog AI since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at SS&C Blue Prism, where they served as Head of Professional Services EMEA from January 2023 to January 2024 and as Head of Delivery from August 2022 to January 2023. Naomi also held the position of Head of Solutions Consultancy - Blue Prism Cloud from November 2020 to September 2022. Before joining SS&C Blue Prism, Naomi worked at Blue Prism Cloud as a Solutions Consultant from November 2016 to November 2020. Naomi started their career at ENGIE, where they held the roles of Business Analyst/Accredited Blue Prism Developer from November 2014 to November 2016 and Contact Center Agent from February 2014 to November 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Greggs as a Senior Sales from October 2011 to February 2014.

Naomi Keen attended Newcastle College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a foundation degree in Creative Advertising. Naomi then went on to study Mass Communication at Northumbria University from 2012 to 2013.
