Geoff Segal

Geoff Segal is a seasoned professional in the field of statistics and taxation, currently serving as the Director of TaxProper at Opendoor since November 2022. Prior to this role, Geoff co-founded TaxProper and led the company until its acquisition by Opendoor in November 2022. From January 2017 to May 2019, Geoff held the position of Actuarial Statistician at State Farm ®. Educationally, Geoff earned a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2018 and a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Economics from the same university in 2016. Additionally, Geoff completed the Y Combinator program in 2019.
