Geoffrey Bilas

Geoffrey Bilas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Program Management at Opendoor since September 2021, Geoffrey previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Business Operations at GoDaddy for over 14 years, where responsibilities included aligning business strategies and enhancing operational excellence during the Covid-19 pandemic. Geoffrey also played a pivotal role in establishing International Customer Care Centers and demonstrated strong leadership by significantly improving revenue and customer satisfaction in various managerial roles. Prior military service includes a tenure as Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, with involvement in Operation Enduring Freedom. Geoffrey holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Research Methods from Edinburgh Business School, an MBA from Western Governors University, and additional education from Thomas Edison State University.
