Katie McCracken

Katie McCracken has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 10 years. Katie started their career as an intern at The Buckle, and then went on to work as an Executive Team Leader/Interim Store General Manager at Target. After a few years at Target, they left to work as a Client Manager at CROSSMARK. Katie then transitioned into the world of Talent Acquisition, working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Recruiter at JCPenney. After JCPenney, they became a Principal/Manager HR Business Partner at Mr. Cooper. Katie is currently working as a Divisional People Business Partner Manager at Opendoor.

Katie McCracken has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Certification from SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Katie is currently pursuing their Masters in Human Resources at The University of Texas at Arlington.
