Lloyd Costello

Lloyd Costello is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Divisional Portfolio Lead for Opendoor, overseeing a team of portfolio managers and a housing portfolio of over 1500 properties across 11 cities in the western United States. Previous roles at Opendoor include Pricing Manager and Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities involved managing home acquisitions, market performance, pricing strategies, and product development. Prior to Opendoor, Lloyd held positions as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at McMahon, Baldwin & Associates, and as an Option Trader and Trader's Assistant at Nico Trading, showcasing a diverse background in both real estate and finance. Lloyd also spent several years in the agricultural trading sector at Grain Guys and Gulf Trading, and contributed to youth development as the Director of Coaching at Team Elmhurst Soccer Club. Lloyd holds a BSc in Sports Psychology from Staffordshire University.
