Sidrah Hyder

Sidrah Hyder is an experienced professional in global benefits management with a substantial career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Opendoor since July 2023, Sidrah previously held the same title at the International Rescue Committee from July 2015 to July 2023, where also contributed as the Head of HR for the Ukraine Crisis Response. Earlier roles include Benefits Manager at EdisonLearning, HR Administrator at Neiman Marcus and Gucci, Benefits/HRIS Analyst at Burberry, and Benefits Analyst at Aon Hewitt. Sidrah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Employment Relations from Rutgers University, earned in 2008.
