Giuseppe La Femina is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at OpenEconomics since June 2021, Giuseppe has successfully established and scaled the engineering department while fostering Agile methodologies and a culture of innovation. Prior to this role, Giuseppe held various positions at Ericsson from July 2011 to May 2021, including Solutions Architect and Team Leader, where responsibilities included designing solutions for telecommunication companies, project management, and mentoring teams. Giuseppe's educational background features a Master of Science in Telecommunication Networks from New York University and multiple degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Electrical Engineering from prestigious Italian institutions, complemented by expertise in marketing and visual communication.
