Subin Sahu has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and development. They recently joined OpenEye, Cadence Molecular Sciences as a Scientific Developer II in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2020 to 2022 and at the University of Maryland College Park from 2017 to 2020. They also served as a Foreign Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from 2015 to 2020. Subin started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Oregon State University from 2011 to 2015.
Subin Sahu obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Tri-Chandra College, Ghantaghar Kathmandu, from the year 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from Tribhuvan University, Central Department of Physics, from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled at Oregon State University and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Subin Sahu obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford Online in October 2017.
