Rafael Baron

Mr. Baron is a Senior Vice President and member of OpenGate Capital’s global business development team in Los Angeles where he is responsible for originating and qualifying new technology-related acquisition opportunities in North America and Europe.

Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Baron was an Associate at Marlin Equity Partners, a technology-focused middle-market private equity firm. Prior to Marlin, Mr. Baron was a technology consultant at Capgemini America.

Mr. Baron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Southern California, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
