Abdul Khawam

Abdul Khawam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, pricing, and bid management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for the RFP Program at OpenGov Inc. since June 2023, Abdul previously held various managerial roles at HERE Technologies, including Manager of Bid Management, Manager of Customer Operations, and Manager of Enterprise Pricing. Prior to that, Abdul worked at Nokia as a Strategic Sales and Pricing Specialist for the Automotive sector and began a career at Navistar Inc. as a Sales and Pricing Analyst. Abdul Khawam holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies with a focus on Political Science, Economics, and History from Albright College.
