Carly Casper

Carly Casper has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carly began their career at Lakeside Engineers, LLC in 2014 as a Project Administrative Assistant for the Hoan Bridge Project. In 2015, they transitioned to WEC Energy Group, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Power Generation, the Vice President of Peoples Gas, and ultimately the Vice President of Power Generation at We Energies. Carly then joined OpenGov Inc. in 2021, starting as an Executive Assistant to the President before taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President of HR. As of their most recent role at OpenGov Inc., they hold the position of People Operations Analyst.

Carly Casper received their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2004 to 2008. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 2020 to 2023.
