Davon Gray

Davon Gray has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an ongoing role at OpenGov Inc. in People Operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher in the Afterschool Program at KinderCare Learning Companies. From 2021 to 2023, they held a position at Salesforce in Executive Recruitment and People Operations. Their previous roles include being a Human Resources Specialist and Campus Recruiting & Recruiting Operations at First Republic Bank, and working in Recruiting and Operations at Google. Davon also interned at QuinStreet, Peer Health Exchange, and Fremont Bank in various roles. At California State University - East Bay, they held multiple positions including Senator, Public Speaking/Communications Associate, and Student Alumni Ambassador. At Fremont Bank, as a Mortgage Processing Intern, they were responsible for coordinating and organizing loan statements, processing files, and updating loaner statements.

Davon Gray began their education in 2014 at California State University - East Bay. Davon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2018. Following this, in 2021, they enrolled at the University of Southern California where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Their studies in Human Resources Management at USC lasted until 2022.
