Jeffrey Sweet has a diverse range of work experience. Jeffrey began their career at Stanford University, working as a research assistant and project manager at the Center for Health Policy. During this time, they pursued various projects in health policy and served as a project manager for an electronic medical record application in Guatemala. Jeffrey also worked as a teaching assistant, facilitating sections and conducting one-on-one and group learning sessions.

Following their time at Stanford, Jeffrey worked as the director of the Design Jewish Initiative at Hillel, where they created and supported innovative programming for the Jewish community at Stanford. Jeffrey also brought Design Thinking methodology to Hillel operations and programming. Jeffrey then served as the director of Camp Kesem at Stanford, overseeing the organization and its activities.

Jeffrey played a key role in setting up new clients for success and co-founded the company's internal Corporate Social Responsibility program. Jeffrey then joined OpenGov Inc. as a product marketing manager, responsible for product updates, enablement, and building out the product Knowledge Center.

Throughout their career, Jeffrey also pursued freelance work as a strategic meeting facilitator, crafting and running strategic meetings for non-profit boards.
