Senior Engineering Manager at OpenGov

Koustubh Redkar's work experience starts in 2001 as a Senior System Engineer at IBM, working on projects for American Express and DHL. Koustubh focused on defining architecture and frameworks using Java Enterprise Edition technologies and IBM stack of products.

In 2007, Koustubh joined Accenture as a Team Lead for the British Telecom account, where they led a team for the "Classic" application based on JEE, WebLogic, and Clarify CRM. Koustubh ensured seamless code merging for multiple releases.

Koustubh replaced a legacy application with a JEE-based application and mentored staff to ensure performance standards aligned with organizational objectives.

Most recently, Koustubh joined OpenGov Inc. in 2021 as an Engineering Manager, and quickly transitioned to the role of Senior Engineering Manager in 2022. The details of their responsibilities in these positions are not provided.
