Koustubh Redkar

Koustubh Redkar's work experience starts in 2001 as a Senior System Engineer at IBM, working on projects for American Express and DHL. Koustubh focused on defining architecture and frameworks using Java Enterprise Edition technologies and IBM stack of products.

In 2007, Koustubh joined Accenture as a Team Lead for the British Telecom account, where they led a team for the "Classic" application based on JEE, WebLogic, and Clarify CRM. Koustubh ensured seamless code merging for multiple releases.

During their time at Accenture, Koustubh took on various roles, including Associate Manager for the Volkswagen account, where they oversaw incident management, audit compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Koustubh also led a 3rd party audit for ITIL, CMMI, process, quality, and contract compliance.

As a Technical Architect Manager, Koustubh worked on a Child Support project for the State of Texas, replacing a legacy mainframe application with a Java Enterprise Edition based application. Koustubh introduced automation and quality enhancement initiatives, implemented best practices, and defined execution architecture.

From 2017 to 2020, Koustubh served as a Senior Manager at Accenture, leading a team in application development, technical architecture, performance engineering, DevOps, and system testing for the State of Texas Child Support Division. Koustubh replaced a legacy application with a JEE-based application and mentored staff to ensure performance standards aligned with organizational objectives.

Most recently, Koustubh joined OpenGov Inc. in 2021 as an Engineering Manager, and quickly transitioned to the role of Senior Engineering Manager in 2022. The details of their responsibilities in these positions are not provided.
