Pradnya Dilpak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pradnya is currently working as an India HR Business Partner at OpenGov Inc., a company specializing in cloud ERP software for local government agencies. Prior to this, they served as a Manager HR at Aligned Automation from 2020 to 2021. Pradnya also worked as a Manager HR at Setco from 2018 to 2020 and as an Assistant Manager HR at PATVIN Engg.Pvt.Ltd. from 2017 to 2018. Pradnya gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Omya from 2015 to 2017 and as a Sr. HR executive at Leadec from 2011 to 2015. Pradnya's career began as a Human Resources Officer at Spear logistics from 2008 to 2011.
