Bharat Bhaskaran

Bharat Bhaskaran is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in learning, development, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving in a People & Culture role at Openhouse since November 2021, Bharat previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Reap Benefit from January to September 2021. As a self-employed L&D Consultant and facilitator from May 2019 to January 2021, Bharat contributed to enhancing learning initiatives. Bharat's tenure at Make A Difference from 2013 to 2019 included roles as Director of Learning and Development, Director of Operations, and City Team Lead in Chennai, focusing on improving equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes. Earlier experience includes a Systems Engineer role at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2011 to May 2015.
