Eric White

Eric White has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Eric is currently serving as the Senior Director - Global Shared Services Operations at OPENLANE since August 2022. Before that, they established their own consulting firm, Eric White Consulting LLC in June 2022, where they worked as the Principal Consultant.

Prior to their consulting venture, Eric served as the Head of Content Review Operations - Metaverse Developer Ecosystem at Meta from December 2021 to June 2022. Eric also held significant positions at Apple, including Regional Manager - Global Vendor Strategy from June 2017 to October 2021 and Partner Operations Manager - AppleCare from June 2015 to June 2017.

Eric's extensive career also includes their tenure at Microsoft, where they held multiple roles such as Senior Group Manager, Operations Manager, Group Manager, Vendor Manager, Team Manager, and Technical Consultant. During their time at Microsoft, Eric played pivotal roles in customer support delivery, vendor management, process design, and outsourced vendor management for various products and services.
