Keith Crerar

Keith Crerar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Keith began their career as the General Sales Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation in 2000. Later, they joined Zanchin Automotive Group as the Pre-owned Sales Director. In 2009, they joined ADESA Auto Auctions, a KAR Global company, where they progressed from a Regional Sales Director to an Executive Director of Dealer Sales & Auction eBusiness, and eventually became the Vice President of Dealer Services & Auction eBusiness. Keith then transitioned to TradeRev, a KAR Global company, where they served as the Executive Vice President of US Sales & Operations and later as the Executive Vice President of North American Operations. Crerar played a significant role in launching TradeRev in the US and leading its growth. Subsequently, they held the position of the SVP, Global CX and Shared Services at KAR Global, where they were responsible for driving digital transformation and consolidating operations across various business units. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Global Service Operations at OPENLANE.

Keith Crerar attended Fleming College from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Administration degree in Marketing and International Trade, specializing in Business Management. Keith also holds a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. which was obtained in 2019.
