Lauren Clason

Lauren Clason has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Lauren currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at OPENLANE since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KAR Global starting in 2012. At KAR Global, Lauren held various roles including HR Manager, District HR Generalist, Human Resources Representative, and Health Benefits Representative. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as administering FMLA and other leave requests, conducting employee orientation and training, responding to unemployment claims and hearings, and ensuring proper communication with the Human Resources Department.

Lauren Clason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business from 2005 to 2009. Lauren then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their higher education, Lauren completed their high school education at Brownsburg High School from 2001 to 2005.
