Heather Kremchek

Heather Kremchek is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at Openly, collaborating with leaders across various departments to meet recruitment needs since March 2022. In addition to their role at Openly, Heather serves as a Certified Instructor at barre3 and has held multiple positions in human resources and recruiting, including roles at MRI Software and Aerotek. Heather has managed full life cycle recruiting, focused on employee engagement and retention, and contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Toledo and is currently pursuing an MBA at Bowling Green State University.
