Matt Sullivan, AAI

Matt Sullivan, AAI, has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Matt started their career as a Sales and Service Representative at The Auto Club Group, where they quickly excelled and achieved high sales results. Matt then joined Forest Agency Insurance as a Personal Account Manager, gaining experience in independent agency operations. Matt later returned to The Auto Club Group as an Entrepreneurial Agent Consultant, where they took on Territory Sales Management responsibilities and significantly contributed to the program's growth.

In 2021, Matt joined Ethos, starting as a Partnerships Sales Associate. Matt worked closely with hundreds of agents to drive adoption and increase production. Matt was later promoted to Partnerships Sales Manager, where they led a team of account managers and oversaw the team's growth and onboarding processes. Matt then transitioned to the role of Strategic Partnership Manager, focusing on onboarding enterprise-level agencies and ensuring successful scaling.

Most recently, Matt joined Openly as a National Agency Success Manager in 2023.

Matt Sullivan, AAI, attended Bradley University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management and Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

In addition to their degree, Matt has acquired several certifications in the insurance industry. Matt obtained their Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in November 2016. Matt then went on to obtain their Associate in Personal Insurance (API) certification from The Institutes in June 2018. In April 2019, they obtained their Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) certification from The Institutes.

Most recently, Matt acquired their Resident Insurance License - General Lines (Property and Casualty), Life & Health from the Florida Department of Financial Services in August 2022. Matt is also currently pursuing additional certifications, including the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes.
