Nicholas Hill

Nicholas Hill is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and cloud operations. Currently serving as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Openly since March 2021, Nicholas previously held the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer in the same organization. Prior to Openly, Nicholas worked as a Cloud Ops Engineer at Prometheus Group for a brief period and spent nearly seven years at Olark as a DevOps Systems Mechanic, where responsibilities included managing virtual infrastructure and utilizing configuration management tools such as Puppet and Saltstack. Nicholas's earlier career includes roles as a Systems Engineer at CoreDial, LLC, focusing on research and development of virtual infrastructure via OpenStack, and as an IT Support Specialist/System Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania.
