Shadow Smith

Shadow Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as an Internet Sales & Marketing Director at North Central Security Services (NCSS) until 2016. Following that, they became a Corporate IT Manager at Performance Feeds LLC for a few months.

In 2016, Smith joined Business Credit Reports Inc. as a Creative Technologist, where they worked until 2020. In this role, they collaborated with the President/CEO to develop innovative ideas, implemented internal processes, managed teams, and created new products and features.

During this period, Smith also founded their own web design company called Shadow Smith Web Design in 2014. They operated as the Owner/Freelance Web Designer.

In 2018, Smith took on the role of Owner/Systems Administrator at westmorelandtn.com, which they actively engage in.

Additionally, Smith has served as a Board Member at the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Smith works at Openly as a Senior Software Engineer since August 2020 and was recently promoted to the position of Staff Software Engineer in January 2022.

Shadow Smith earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Volunteer State Community College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
