Shandalier Pen

Shandalier Pen has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance industry. They most recently served as an Insurance Operations Manager at Openly since August 2021. Prior to this, Shandalier worked as an Insurance Product Development Specialist at Simply Business from August 2020 to August 2021. They also held the position of Insurance Supervisor at AAA Northeast from October 2017 to August 2020. Shandalier began their insurance career as a Licensed Insurance Agent at MetLife from January 2013 to October 2017.

Shandalier Pen attended Johnson & Wales University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they focused on studying Criminal Justice/Police Science. In August 2021, Shandalier obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
