Mat Siems

Mat Siems has a diverse work experience in various roles related to agile project management and software development. Mat is currently working as an Agile Delivery Manager at Sainsbury's and also holds the position of a Scrum Master, Technical Delivery PM, and Agile Coach at OpenPlay.

Prior to their current roles, Mat worked as an Agile Consultant, Scrum Master, and Python & React Developer at Flex App Dev. Mat also served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Brittany Ferries, leading the delivery of an e-commerce solution and improving processes.

Mat has experience as a Technical Delivery Manager at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they managed projects with large budgets and implemented processes for new projects. Mat also worked as a Software Product Manager at M-KOPA Solar, refining software features and ensuring a great user experience.

Earlier in their career, Mat served as a Product Manager at Citizens Advice, where they oversaw the transition of the CMS to WordPress. Mat also worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master at Expedia, Inc., leading collaboration sessions and managing project timelines.

Mat's work experience also includes roles as a Branch Manager and Tourism Platform Product Manager at Kaliop Interactive Media, and as the Head of Mobile and Scrum Master at Imagini.

Mat Siems attended Concordia University from 1999 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems.
