Katie Milligan

Katie joined Openreach in 2009 and is responsible for the entire portfolio of products and services. She manages relationships with customers, making sure they’re at the heart of everything Openreach does.

Katie previously worked as the commercial director at Openreach. She led teams through various projects including designing and delivering superfast fibre products, and creating our high bandwidth Ethernet propositions. Before that she held several positions at BT Group, after graduating from the Business School at the University of Strathclyde.
