Carmen Hernandez

Carmen Hernandez is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Founder of Freddie, a queer community space, and as a Design Lead at OpenSea, Carmen has a strong focus on designing engaging experiences for both NFT users and community-driven environments. Previous roles include leading design teams at LinkedIn, where Carmen contributed to LinkedIn Learning's growth, and at InVision, enhancing product offerings through design leadership. Carmen's career also includes impactful positions at Gem, OpenX, Symantec, and TOMS, showcasing a commitment to user-centered design principles and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Art in Visual Arts from Duke University.
