Jaaziel Abner Peña Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jaaziel Abner began their career at Unifica Teleservices in 2004, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent and later as an Analyst in Quality Assurance. In 2006, they were promoted to Supervisor of Operations. In 2006, they joined Amway as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later became a QA Lead. In 2010, Jaaziel joined OpenService as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and steadily climbed the ranks, becoming a Sr Service Desk Supervisor in 2012. Jaaziel Abner then transitioned to the role of ITSM Consultant in 2016 and was later promoted to Service Manager. Currently, Jaaziel holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at OpenService, a role they assumed in November 2022.

Jaaziel Abner Peña Flores completed a degree in Ingeniero Administrador de Sistemas (System Administrator Engineer) from Universidad Metropolitana de Monterrey from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2019, the ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019, the ITIL® v4: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2019, the ITIL® Operational Support and Analysis Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016, and the ITIL® v3: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2012.
