Rocío Vera

Rocío Vera has extensive work experience in various roles related to business and account management. Rocío started their career in 2006 as a Business Specialist at Datavision Digital, where they worked as an Account Manager until 2011. Rocío then joined GLOBAL HITSS as an Account Manager, specifically handling government sector accounts, until 2015. After that, they worked at Soluciones en T.I. as a Commercial Manager for six years until 2021. Rocío then joined XMS - Gold Microsoft Partner as a Commercial Manager until 2022. Currently, they are working at OpenService as a Business Relationship Manager.

Rocío Vera obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad La Salle, A.C. Rocío attended the university from 2005 to 2010.

In addition to their degree, Rocío has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they achieved the certification of Volume Licensing Specialist for Large Organizations from Microsoft. In 2014, they obtained the certification of Volume Licensing Specialist for Small and Medium Organizations, also from Microsoft.

In 2016, Rocío obtained the VSP 5.5 certification from VMware. In 2017, they became a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).

More recently, Rocío obtained three certifications in 2020. Rocío achieved the ISO 27001 Fundamentals certification from ISO 27001 Software - ISO Manager, LLC. Rocío also obtained the COBIT 4.1 - Government IT certification from COBIT 2019 Governance and Management of Information and Technology Services. Additionally, they obtained the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2019 Sales Specialist certification from Oracle in January 2021.
