Justin Tho

Justin Tho has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Justin is currently serving as the Director - Customer Success (APAC) at Opensignal since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Opensignal from January 2021 to April 2022, and as a Senior Solutions Consultant from July 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Opensignal, Justin had a stint at Ericsson as a Solutions Architect (Presales - Network Solutions) from September 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they played a crucial part in ensuring customer commitments were met and led RFx reviews involving stakeholders from different regions.

Justin also worked at VIAVI Solutions as a Solutions Consultant from October 2015 to September 2017. Here, they engaged in discovery sessions with management and C-Level Executives to understand client requirements and designed solutions accordingly.

Prior to VIAVI Solutions, Justin was associated with Tektronix Communications as a Solutions Consultant from August 2014 to September 2015. Justin commenced their professional journey at Ericsson Singapore, where they contributed as a Pre-Sales Engineer from March 2013 to July 2014 and as a Senior Network Engineer from October 2006 to February 2013.

Justin began their career as an Engineer at Western Digital from June 2004 to October 2006.

Justin Tho completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UNSW between 2001 and 2004.
