Richard Katz

Richard Katz has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Richard currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Opensignal, where they are responsible for the finance and legal functions. Prior to this role, they worked at Aricent as the Vice President of Corporate Finance, overseeing financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and treasury. Before that, they held positions at kgb (formerly InfoNXX) and Global Crossing, focusing on corporate development and finance. Richard also served as the Senior Finance Manager at Level 3 Communications (Genuity Solutions, Inc.) and as the Director of Corporate Development at MemoryMountain. Richard began their career at CSMG, where they held various consulting positions and gained experience in business planning, marketing strategy, and valuation analyses.

Richard Katz earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Physics from Tufts University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Richard then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry at Stony Brook University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1996.
