Derek McDowell

Derek McDowell started their work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at OpenSpan from January 2014 to August 2015. Derek then transitioned to the role of Solutions Developer at OpenSpan in August 2015. In this role, Derek worked closely with their team and customers to design and develop solutions using automation software. Derek later joined Pegasystems in November 2016 as a Solution Developer in Robotic Automation.

Derek McDowell received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. Derek attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Derek has obtained certifications in Teamwork Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2020 and in Nathan Shedroff on Design Strategy and the Merging of Business and Design from LinkedIn in October 2019.
