Jim Henderson

Jim Henderson is an experienced professional in the fields of IT certification, product training, and community management. Currently serving as an Individual Contributor at the IT Certification Council since May 2023, Jim actively participates in strategic workgroups and contributes to various task forces. A long-term volunteer Forums Administrator for openSUSE since August 2009, Jim manages a large user community and engages in project discussions. Previously, Jim held various managerial roles at Ping Identity, overseeing product training and certification programs, and successfully expanded training offerings while managing a team and vendor relationships. Jim's extensive experience includes significant roles at Novell, where responsibilities encompassed testing program management, technical documentation, and instructor program management. Additionally, Jim contributed to certification programs as a volunteer board member for the Linux Foundation and provided technical support in various capacities throughout a multifaceted career.
