Scott Werstlein is an experienced sales and customer engagement leader with over 20 years in incentive compensation and project management. Currently serving as SVP of North American Sales at OpenSymmetry since September 2023, Scott leverages extensive expertise to design processes that drive revenue growth. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Experience at Boston Harbor Consulting, and multiple leadership positions at OpenSymmetry, including Senior Vice President of Sales, where Scott managed client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Scott's background also includes project management roles at Canidium, CA, Inc, Compensation Technologies, and Callidus Software, and technical consulting at Bank of America and Accenture. Scott holds a BSBA in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
