Lynn J. Dayton

Lynn J. Dayton, CPA has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Lynn J. most recently held the roles of Vice President, Financial Operations and Senior Director, Accounting - North America at KAYAK and OpenTable from 2022 to present. Prior to that, they served as Associate Director of Corporate Accounting at Raytheon Technologies in 2020-2021 and Associate Director of Financial Operations at United Technologies in early 2020. Lynn also held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Global Director of Statutory Reporting, Director of Value Accelerator (FP&A), Director of Corporate Accounting, and Senior Manager of Corporate & Technical Accounting from 2011 to 2020. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., they worked at Hartford Investment Management as Director of Capital Reporting (Investments) and Manager of SEC Reporting (Investments) from 2007 to 2011. Lynn started their career as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP from 2003 to 2007.
