Alekhya I

Alekhya I is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at OpenTeQ since September 2022, Alekhya leads talent acquisition efforts and establishes recruiting requirements through collaboration with management. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Stanley David and Associates, where leadership hiring was the primary focus, and Global Strategic Sourcing Manager at Newforce Global Services Ltd, overseeing relationship management and various stages of the recruitment process. Alekhya began the career as a Technical Recruiter and escalated to Senior Team Lead, demonstrating a strong capacity for managing applicant sources and coordinating with various stakeholders. Alekhya holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Vs Lakshmi Institute of Management Sciences, completed in 2018.
