Kenneth McGrue

Kenneth McGrue is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at OpenText since July 2019, Kenneth oversees storage and backup functions. Previously, as Director of Technical Operations Support and Engineering at QTS Data Centers, leadership included managing a diverse team and administering a $20 million budget. Kenneth’s career began at HP Enterprise Services, where roles included Technical Delivery Manager for high-profile clients such as Coca Cola and AT&T, focusing on service delivery, operational reliability, and continuous improvement. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama State University.
