Boren Lin, PhD, MB (ASCP), PMP has extensive work experience in scientific and research roles. Currently, they are employed as a Scientist at Opentrons Labworks Inc. Since joining in September 2021. Previously, they worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Amazon from December 2020 to September 2021 and as a Research Scientist at Nationwide Children's Hospital from July 2020 to November 2020.

Dr. Lin also has a notable research background, having served as a Research Associate at The University of Toledo for over 12 years from April 2007 to March 2020. In this role, they worked on various neuroscience projects, including studying new drug candidates for autoimmune diseases, investigating fear memory on a PTSD mouse model, and exploring the regulation of acid-sensing ion channels (ASIC).
