Ilyssa Goldfarb

Ilyssa Goldfarb currently serves as the Team Lead of Talent Operations at Opentrons Labworks Inc. Ilyssa has a diverse background in talent coordination and client relationship management, having previously worked at Outsourced Recruiting and HR Solutions as a Talent Partner and Client Relationship Manager. Prior to that, Ilyssa held positions in customer experience management at Ladders. Ilyssa obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Anthropology with a minor in Geology from Binghamton University.
