Michael Zimmermann

Michael Zimmermann has a diverse work experience in supply chain operations and management. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Opentrons Labworks Inc. and previously held the same position at Pandemic Response Lab. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Material Logistics at Montefiore Health System and as the Regional Director of Operations at NYC Health + Hospitals. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership and expertise in improving total costs for supply chain functions, implementing ERP systems, driving compliance with policies and procedures, and expanding supply chain management services. Before these positions, Michael served as the Associate Director at Coler & Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital & Nursing Facility, the Assistant Director of Purchasing at Coler, Goldwater, Gouverneur, & Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital & Nursing Facility, and as an Internal Auditor at Coler & Goldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility. Throughout their career, they have consistently exhibited strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective operating plans, policies, programs, and procedures.
