María de Los Ángeles Echevarría

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to the academic field as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
