Alison Vander Auwera has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2020. Alison started as a Food Beverage Trainee at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2010 and later worked as a Reception Trainee at St George Hotel Spa & Golf Beach Resort in 2011. Alison then became a Receptionist at St George Spa & Golf Beach Resort in 2012. In 2013, they joined Dolce Hotels & Resorts as a Receptionist and later moved on to become a Front Office Shiftleader in 2014 and a Front Desk Manager in 2017. In 2016, Alison co-founded 360 Promotion, an organization that focused on promoting mixed martial arts in Belgium. In 2018, they joined Martin's Hotels as a Front Office Manager. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Assistant & Office Administrator at OpenWay, starting in August 2020.

Alison first attended Collège Don Bosco in Woluwé Saint Lambert, Belgium from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a degree called CEB in the field of Economics. Following that, they attended Institut Européen Charles Péguy and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hotel management from 2009 to 2012.
