Melissa Isfauzia

Melissa Isfauzia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Melissa began their career at Buana Varia Komputama in 2010 as a Programmer. After a year, they joined Falcon Interactive in 2011 as a Mobile Application Developer, where they built BlackBerry and iOS apps for Muslim applications. In 2012, Melissa joined OpenWay as an Implementation Consultant, where they were involved in configuring and implementing WAY4 Solution for Banks, gathering client requirements, and providing technical support. Melissa then progressed within the company to become a Senior Business Development Consultant, Business Development Manager, and eventually Associate Business Development Director. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Director at OpenWay. Melissa'sroles in business development entail strategic planning, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Melissa Isfauzia received their Bachelor's degree of Computer Science with Honours in Software Development from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. In August 2017, they obtained a certification in Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn.
