Ricci Hetz

Ricci Hetz has a diverse work experience, starting with BHC Trading Ltd, where they worked as a Project Manager from January 2018 to August 2021. After that, they joined Microsoft as a Recruitment and Analytics professional from October 2020 to August 2021. Currently, Ricci is employed at OpenWeb, where they have held two roles. Initially, from August 2021 to July 2022, they worked in HR Operations and Analytics, and since July 2022, they have been handling Global People Operations.

Ricci Hetz completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University, which took place from 2018 to 2021. Following this, Ricci pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Reichman University, a program spanning from 2022 to 2024.
