Roger Sho Gehrmann

Roger Sho Gehrmann has extensive work experience in the creative industry, spanning various roles and positions.

Roger Sho currently holds the position of VP Brand & Creative at OpenWeb since 2023.

Prior to that, from 2021, Roger worked as an Advisor at Oasis Consortium, where they played a key role in creating industry-wide brand safety standards and promoting their adoption.

From 2015 to 2023, Roger worked at Pandora, starting as the Head of Design and progressing to roles such as Creative Director, Group Creative Director, and Executive Creative Director. At Pandora, they built a multidisciplinary design team, led various creative projects, and oversaw the delivery of marketing campaigns and product integration.

In 2020, Roger joined SiriusXM as the Executive Creative Director at Studio Resonate. Roger Sho co-founded this audio-first creative consultancy and worked with brands to bring them to life through audio in the Pandora, SiriusXM, Stitcher, SoundCloud, and NBC Universal networks.

From 2013 to 2015, Roger served as the Creative Director at The Farm Digital, where they specialized in digital transformation, web application development, and social media strategy. Roger Sho led the creative team and managed digital product solutions and campaigns for several brands.

Before that, from 2011 to 2013, Roger worked as the Associate Creative Director at webqem, where they managed the creative and design teams and focused on developing mobile apps, e-commerce sites, ads, and social media campaigns for various clients.

Roger began their career in 2007 when they joined MassMedia Studios, initially as a Creative Producer and later as the Creative Director. At MassMedia Studios, they contributed to integrated digital campaigns and worked with clients such as Audi, Cadbury, and Foxtel.

Throughout their career, Roger has showcased their expertise in graphic design, web design, marketing, and brand strategy, working with prestigious clients and companies.

Roger Sho Gehrmann attended Stanford University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Professional Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Their area of focus was Creativity & Innovation. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2003, they studied at UNSW and obtained a Bachelor of Digital Media in Design and Media Arts. Additionally, in 2006 and 2007, Roger attended the East Sydney Business Enterprise Centre and completed a Cert IV in Business, specializing in Small Business Management.
