Jennifer Garcia

Jennifer Garcia has several years of work experience in various roles. Jennifer started their career at UCLA Mathematics Department, where they worked as a Research Assistant from 2000 to 2003. Jennifer then moved on to UCLA Radiology - Medical Imaging Informatics, where they worked as a Program Data Analyst from 2004 to 2006. After that, Jennifer joined Yahoo! Search Marketing as a Senior Data Analyst - E&I Team Lead, Network Quality from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined OpenX as a Data Scientist Lead, Engineering Data Sciences, where they led a team of data scientists and conducted research on traffic quality. From 2016 to 2018, Jennifer served as the Treasurer on the Mission Valley PTO Board. Their most recent position is at Porterville Unified School District, where they currently hold the role of Coordinator of Assessment Data and Analysis.

Jennifer Garcia received their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, specializing in Computing, from UCLA in 2001. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics at UCLA from 2002 to 2004.
