Merlina Ramani-Muhovic

Merlina Ramani-Muhovic is an experienced talent and culture manager with a robust background in human resources and psychology. Currently serving as Talent Manager at Oper Credits since February 2022, Ramani-Muhovic previously held the position of Culture Manager at Bicom Systems BA from November 2020 to December 2022 and HR Manager at Softray Solutions from August 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Psychologist and Project Coordinator at NGO Nest and as a Psychologist and Head of the Medicated Alcoholics Club at a public health institution from October 2015 to September 2016. Ramani-Muhovic holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Sarajevo, along with a Counselor degree in System Family Psychotherapy.
